Educational Qualification:

• Engineering Posts (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.):
  B.E. / B.Tech in relevant discipline from a recognized university.

• HR/Administration:
  Full-time MBA / PGDM with specialization in HR/Personnel.

• Finance Officer:
  CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com from a recognized institution.

• Secretarial Officer:
  Graduation with Company Secretary (CS) qualification.

Age Limit (as on 01 May 2025):

• Maximum Age: 27 years for General candidates.

• Relaxation:

  • OBC (NCL): 3 years

  • SC/ST: 5 years

  • PwBD: 10 years (additional)

Selection Process – RCFL MT Recruitment 2025

The selection will be based on:

1. Online Examination (objective type)

2. Personal Interview

Final merit will be prepared based on combined scores of online test and interview.

RCFL MT Salary 2025

• Stipend during training: ₹30,000/month

• After successful training:

  • Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)
