HEF Khadki Recruitment 2025 Vacancy – Overview

1. Educational Qualification:

• Diploma in Computer Science/IT from a recognized institution is preferred.

• Candidates with a B.Sc. in Computer Science/IT will be considered only if there are insufficient diploma applicants.

2. Age Limit (as on 25 January 2025):

• UR Candidates: Maximum 30 years

• SC Candidates: Maximum 35 years

Note: Experience in Ordnance Factories or similar technical environments will be given preference.

Selected candidates will receive a monthly consolidated salary of ₹33,000/-, along with applicable Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) and House Rent Allowance (HRA) as per eligibility.

There will be no written examination for these posts. The selection will be strictly based on:

• 85% Weightage – Marks secured in Diploma/B.Sc. examination

• 15% Weightage – Performance in personal interview
