Consultant Psychiatrist

Qualification: MBBS with PG Degree/Diploma in Psychiatry.

Desirable: Experience in telemedicine, tele-training, or interdisciplinary research.
Clinical Psychologist

Qualification: PG in Psychology/Applied Psychology/Medical & Social Psychology OR M.Phil in Mental Health & Social Psychology (RCI-approved).
Psychiatric Social Worker

Desirable: M.Phil/Ph.D. in the same field with at least 2 years’ experience in mental healthcare.
Counsellor

APMSRB Selection Process 2025
Candidates will be shortlisted purely based on merit, calculated through a structured weightage system:
Weightage Criteria:

Academic Qualification: 75% of degree marks.

Waiting Period: 1 mark per completed year after qualification (Max 10 marks).

Contract Service Weightage:

Tribal Areas: 2.5 marks per 6 months

Rural Areas: 2.0 marks per 6 months

Urban Areas: 1.0 mark per 6 months

COVID-19 Duty: Additional marks for valid service certificates during the pandemic, as per government orders.
The Final Merit List will be the total of qualification marks, waiting period score, and service weightage (if applicable).
APMSRB Salary Details 2025
As this recruitment is purely on a contractual/outsourcing basis, selected candidates will be offered a fixed monthly salary. No additional allowances like HRA, TA, or DA will be provided.
